The facility will contain 41 individual garages as well as a private clubhouse and entertainment center of over 6,300 square feet. Finish Line Auto Club offers its owners individual units between 1,200 to 6,300 square feet, or larger spaces by combining units. There are private entrances to each unit including a private roll up door with automatic opener. With 20’ - 24’ ceilings the spaces are airy and ideal for highly customized configurations. Upon sell out of the first phase, plans are in place to roll out Phase II, which will consist of approximately 20,000 square feet of additional garage space, plus a rooftop patio and cabana with elevated view of the airport.
