Finish Line Auto Club facilities are developed by T.R. Funding, LLC of Westlake Village, a southern California real estate development and management company specializing in commercial real estate projects since 1984.
Principals Rick Principe and Tony Principe of T.R. Funding are avid car collectors and active in numerous automotive clubs and organizations throughout Southern California. Through their combined 90+ years of experience in commercial real estate, focused on ground-up-development and value-add investments, the principals are focused delivering the highest level of aesthetic design, functionality and creating a unique experience to each Finish Line facility.
